Which plan fits your studio?

A single room or a side business

If you rent out one room and want people to book and pay online, Basic has what you need: the booking calendar with your rules, your own website with the page builder, card payments, invoices, guest bookings and calendar sync, in every language your clients speak.

Basic takes a small fee on card bookings instead of a higher monthly price. While your card bookings are modest that costs less than Standard; the section on the card fee shows where the line is for your number of rooms.

A studio with a few rooms and regulars

Standard is for a studio that has regulars and a team. Sell monthly plans with hours per room, set peak and off-peak prices and half-day blocks, add priced extras such as a sound engineer, give staff their jobs, let companies book on account with one invoice a month, and see reports.

It includes more rooms and administrators than Basic, takes no fee on card bookings, and lets the studio use its own domain.

A larger studio or several locations

Pro adds what a busier studio sells and how it presents itself: hour packs and gift cards, member e-mails you write yourself with your own signature, the page builder's own colours and spacing, and no Ruumio credit on your site. It includes the most rooms, has no limit on administrators and takes no fee on card bookings.

Rooms you add later

Every plan includes a number of rooms, and each further room adds a small monthly price, so a plan never stops you growing. The table of prices by number of rooms shows where a bigger plan costs less than a smaller one with extra rooms, and what each plan adds besides.

Add-ons on any plan

Door codes for UniFi Access and integrations (the API and webhooks) are add-ons you can switch on with any plan, and Slack notifications are free on Standard and Pro. They cost the same whichever plan you choose, so they don't change which plan fits.

Yearly billing and changing plans

Paying for a year costs less than twelve monthly payments: the table shows the yearly price of each plan. You can move to a bigger or a smaller plan, or between monthly and yearly billing, at any time from your plan page; a bigger plan is charged at once for the rest of the period.
