A home page made of blocks

The home page is built from blocks: a header with your photo, the studio in brief, rooms, equipment, prices, a gallery, how booking works, the team, projects, reviews, questions and answers, contact details and a booking block. Your logo and brand colour carry through every page.

Choose one of the ready-made designs and switch whenever you like: the templates are built from the same content, so your texts and pictures stay when you change the design.

The page builder

With the page builder you put together the home page and your content pages yourself: add blocks, pick a design and a colour tone for each, choose the heading font, write your own texts, upload pictures and see the result in a live preview on desktop and phone sizes. Links are checked when you save, and pictures stay in your studio's own storage.

Pages for everything else

Add content pages with a text editor for whatever visitors need to know: house rules, how to find you, what's included. The About page shows your team, and the Contact page has a contact form whose messages arrive in your admin.

The projects showcase presents the podcasts, bands or other work made at your studio, each on its own page, and you can link bookings to the project they were for.

Booking right on the page, and on other sites

The booking block shows a room's free times on your site. Members book there directly; guests book with their name and e-mail when you allow guest bookings, otherwise they are asked to log in or join.

Already have a website you want to keep? Add the booking widget with one line of code. It shows a room's free times and opens booking on your Ruumio site when a visitor picks one. You can list the sites allowed to show it.

Your domain and your languages

Your site has its own address from the first day. You can also put it on your own domain: add the domain in the admin, follow the DNS instructions, and the certificate is issued automatically once the domain is verified.

Offer the site in more languages than your default. Each language gets its own address and the language switcher, and you translate your own texts, such as room descriptions and pages, in the admin.

Found in search and shared well

Each studio site has its own sitemap and robots.txt, canonical addresses and language alternates for search engines, structured data describing your business and its address, and a share image for social media, generated from your details when there is no photo.

When you turn on reviews, clients are asked for a rating after their booking; published reviews appear in the reviews block on your site, and you can reply to each one or hide it.

A privacy notice from a template

Your visitors and members need to know how you use their data. Create your studio's privacy notice from a template filled in with your details and the features you use, complete the parts in square brackets and publish it; the footer and your forms then link to it. The Ruumio credit in the footer can also be hidden.
